Here's an interesting way to experience Sabah's rich culture heritage, pay a visit to Chanteek Borneo Gallery, Sabah's first miniature gallery!
It is a private-owned gallery that features a collection of mini-costumes, replicating the actual costumes of the people of Sabah. With a collection of more than 40 ethnic groups, this would be a great and unique way to see the beautiful and colorful costumes of the past and present of Sabah. There are about 200 miniature dolls donning these beautiful mini costumes that are all hand-sewn by the locals.
Apart from that, you may try your hands on some batik coloring and enjoy the musical instrument demonstration, all at the gallery.
