Day 1 - Kathmandu: Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Day 2 - Kathmandu Sight Seeing: Half day sightseeing tour in Kathmandu valley options of Thamel Shopping, Durbar Square, Boudhanath, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath or Monkey Temple.

Day 3 - Kathmandu to Lukla to Phakding:  Start early from Kathmandu and Fly to Lukla 2800m. Meet trek staff and commence trek Phakding 2600m for an easy first day.

Day 4 - Phakding to Namche Bazaar: After breakfast trek along the Dud Koshi Valley and Enter the Sagarmatha National Park.  Enjoy lunch and then make the steep walk up to Namche Bazaar (3450m) and overnight at Tea House / Lodge.

Day 5 - Namche Bazaar: A free day at Namche for acclimatization, explore sherpa village and visit museum - excellent views of Himalayas including Everest.

Day 6 - Namche to Tengboche: After breakfast you will continue to trek Tengboche Sherpa village. Which will be pleasant morning walk beginning of the day.

Day 7 - Tengboche to Dingboche: We follow a spectacular high path to Pangboche for lunch and continue trek to Dingboche (4200) for over night stay.

Day 8 – Dingboche: After breakfast optional walk to Chhukhung and Island Peak base camp with pack lunch for the day and back to Dingboche.

Day 9 - Dingboche to Luboche:
Follow the main trail to Everest base camp up beside Khumbu glacier to Luboche 4900m via Thukla and over night stay.

Day 10 - Luboche to Kala Patthar: Early start trek to Gorak Shep & climb Kala Patthar 5545m over looking view Everest base camp and back to Lobuche.

Day 11 - Luboche to Tangboche: Descend along the main Khumbu valley to Tangboche Monastery via Pheriche and Pangboche over night stay.

Day 12 - Thyngboche to Monjo: After Breakfast descend to phungithanga a across the bridge and ascend to Sanasa than Namche for lunch after lunch descend to Monjo over night stay.

Day 13 - Monjo to Lukla: The final day of the trek follow the Dudh kosi valley to Lukla via Phagding with the pleasant walk over night stay.

Day 14 - Lukla to Kathmandu: Fly to Kathmandu from Lukla and transfer to hotel.

Day 15 - Kathmandu: Free day in Kathmandu shopping etc.

Day 16 -Kathmandu: Transfer to airport for International departure

Here is what we advise in regards to equipment and gear while trekking in Nepal: Please note that all items can be rented in Kathmandu.In addition, please have in mind that at the start of the trek, apart from our day pack, our luggage will be carried by porters allowance of 33 pounds or 15 kg per person. Note that, personal items not used on the trek can be left on the Hotel´s storage room without any additional cost.
