Day 1: Arrive in Hanoi (D)
Upon arival, you will be picked up by our guide and transfer to downtown with a brief introduction and route. Check in hotel and have free in the rest of the day.

Day 2: Hanoi city tour full day (B/L)
The capital of Vietnam, a city that celebrated 1000 years in 2010 has coutless fascinating cultural and historic sites and our days’ tour will visit the highlights. See the grand and solemn Mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh (viewed from outside; closed on Monday & Friday and from October to November), the “icon of Hanoi” – the One Pillar Pagoda, the beautiful Temple of Literature, West Lake’s Tran Quoc Temple & Quan Thanh Pagoda as well as fascinating Ethnology Museum, the bustling Old Quarter and at the end of the day – a water puppet performance.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Bai Tu Long Bay (B/L/D)
We’ll pick you up in Hanoi at 8:00a.m. and drive through the verdant Red River Delta to make our way to the famous UNESCO World Heritage site, Halong Bay. You’ll board a luxury junk ship for an overnight cruise – while you relax on-board you can marvel at the incredible limestone karsts that jut out of the sea and the thousands of jungle-covered islands that seem to float on the waves. The turquoise waters of the Gulf of Tonkin swirl around hidden grottoes and ancient caves to create an enchanting timeless world. We’ll serve you a fresh seafood lunch while you sit back and relax as you enjoy the incredible view with a drink in your hand. We’ll take you to a traditional fishig village where the locals have created an entire town on the decks of their boats, then you can explore Tien Ong Cave before returning to the cruise for cocktails, canapes, and a spectacular sunset. End your day with a romantic, candlelit dinner.

Day 4: Halong Bay - Hanoi - Hue (B/L)
Begin the day with a Tai Chi class on deck in the early morning mist or just admire the beautiful scenery as the sun rises over the azure waters. Choose between an excursion to a secluded island with a sandy beach for a swim or join the chef for a cooking demonstration to learn more about Vietnamese cruisine. Enjoy a leisurely brunch while your junk cruises Halong Bay, passing islets and caves as you make your way back to the dock. Your driver will meet you when you disembark and transfer you to Noi Bai Airport for your flight to Hue.

Arrive Hue, you will be picked up by our guide and transfer to hotel. Hue served as an imperial capital to the Nguyen Lords, a feudal dynasty which reigned from the 17th to the 19th century. Despite heavy bombing during the Vietnam-American war, many historic monuments from this period remain, and even though Imperial rule ended more than six decades ago, Hue still bears the marks of its royal past. The city retains its royal charm with its emperors’ tombs, encient pagodas and the remains of the Citadel.

Day 5: Hue City Tour (L/D)
Start your day with a visit to the Imperial Citadel where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945. After exploring the ruins of this wonderful monument take cyclo through the “Old City” to Tinh Tam Lake where the Emperors used to come to relax. This afternoon, visit Mu Pagoda overlooking the Perfume River End theday at Khai Dinh’s Tomb which boasts a traditional Vietnamese design with a European touch, making it unique from the other tombs in Hue. Then free time.

Day 6: Hue – Danang - Hoian (B/D)
Breakfast at your hotel, the guide pick you up and transfer you to Hoian. On the way to Hoian, stop over for visiting the picturesque fishing village of Lang Co Beach Cham Museum, ascending the Pass of Ocean Clouds for panoramic views of the surrounding. Arrive in Hoian, check in hotel and free time. Hoian was a properous port from the 16th to 19th centuries trading with merchants from China, Japan, India, Indonesia & Europe who came to buy silk, spices and porcelain. Hoian’s UNESCO World Heritage Old Quarter is beautifully preserved with ornate pagodas, antique trading houses and old tile-roofed shops. It is a rich architetural fusion of Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese adn European styles. Many of the historic buildings lining the canals and pedestrian streets have been converted into are galleries, boutique restaurants, bars and cafes. Hoian is surrounded by attractive countryside with traditional farming and fishing, and by sandy beaches with modern seaside resorts.

Day 7: Hoian Tour (B)
Day guided tour to discover Hoian & Vietnam in special way. Among these tours below, please select one which you are wishing to experience most.

Day 8: Hoian – Danang - Ho Chi Minh City (B)
Road journey through the Mekong Delta to Tan Phong, via Cai Be: Leave the city by minivan and drive south to Cai Be in the Mekong Delta, a journey of approximately 2 hours. The Mekong Delta is Vietnam’s rice bowl – a fertile region of flat farmland interlaced with thousands of waterways and tributaries of the Mekong. The delta waters are interspersed with rice fields, colorful floating markets and isolated villages accesible only by boat.

On arrival in Cai Be embarkation, set off by motor boat to vist the Cai be floating market and watch the local trading fruit and many other commodities on board their vessels. Visit a small family business tosee how coconut candy and crispy rice popcorn are made. Then wander into the small vialages to visit the orchard and fruit plantation, accompanied by traditional southern Vietnamese folk music. Keep cruising through a series of small canals to experience the charms of the Upper Mekong Delta.

Arrive in Tan Phong island, the green pearl of Vinh Long town where you can immerse yourself in nature. Enjoy your cooking experience and learn how to prepare special Vietnamese dishes. Food cooked by yourself and fresh river food served in the heart of the garden. Relax on the hammocks to get back your energy.

Afternoon we cycle around the village path with fruit orchards and bonsai garden. Meet the local islanders to learn more about the local daily life in the Mekong Delta. Take a boat ride back to Cai Be, meet your bus for the trip back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnels (B/L)
Ho Chi Minh City Tour: we will discover Saigon’s historic landmarks including the War Remnants Museum established in September 1975 in Ho Chi Minh City, it contains countless artifacts, photographs and pictures documenting some of the less heroic activities carried out by the US army in Vietnam. Planes, tanks, bombs and helicopters are also on display. Next visit the Fito Museum, it is the first museum of Vietnamese medicine. On display are nearly 3000 items dating back to the Stone Age. Exhibits include tools used to prepare medicine knives, mortars and pestles, documents and objects from a traditional pharmacy. The museum regularly screens documentary about the history of medicine. Continue visiting to the 1880’s General Post Office and the late 19th century Notre Dame cathedral, located in a peaceful part of the city. Ending at Ben Thanh Market or House of Saigon for shopping and cafe.

At 13:00p.m. n the afternoon, our express bus will pick up at your hotel and start going to Phnom Penh. Enjoy journey 6 hours and a half on our confortable bus. You are provided free wifi, a bottle of water, cold towel, and snack.

When you arrive in Phnom Penh station, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel by private driver. Settle in and enjoy the vening at your leisure.

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta – My Tho (B/L)
Morning tour of Killing Fields & Toul Sleng Museum: Today, meet your personal guide and driver and drive to the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek (16 km south of Phnom Penh). Between 1975 and 178 about 17 000 men, women, children and infants (including nine westerners) detained and tortured at S-21 prison were transported to the extermination camp of Choeung Ek. They were often bludgeoned to death to avoid wasting precious bullets. Fragments of human bone and bits of cloth are scattered around the disinterred pits. Over 8000 skulls, arranged by sex andage, are visible behind the clear glass panels of the Memorial Stupa, which was erected in 1988. You then continue to visit the notorious Toul Sleng Museum. In 1975 Toul Svay Prey High School was taken over by Pol Pot’s security forces and turned into a prison known as Security Prison 21 (S-21). It soon became the largest such center of detention and tortune in the country. More than 17 000 poeple held at S-21 were taken to the extermination camp at Choeung Ek to be executed; detainees who died during tortune were buried in mass grave in the prison ground. Room after room the museum displays photographs of men, women and children covering the walls from floor to ceiling, virtually all the people pictured were later killed.

Afternoon tour of Royal Palace, National Museum & Sunset Cruise: After lunch at a local restaurant (on own account) continue to discover the Royal Palace built in 1866 by King Norordom. See the different structures of the pagoda-style compound and stroll in its beautiful garden. Visit the Silver Pagoda so named because of its floor that is comprised of 5000 silver tiles. A gold Buddha excrusted with 9584 diamonds and a small 17th century emerald and baccarat crystal Buddha are also housed here. Next, visit the National Museum. Built in 1917 it is an exceptional example of traditional architecture and is exclusively devoted to preserving and displaying Khmer art and sculptures. Hundreds of pieces are housed here including both pre-and post-Angkorian pieces. Finish your tour at the city’s namesake, Wat Phnom. Founded in 1373, the pagoda was built to house Buddhist relics washed ashore by the river. Later this afternoon enjoy one-hour sunset cruise on the Mekong and Tonle Sap Rivers. The boat will pass past floating villages, providing great views of the city’s rapidly changing skyline.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City - Siem Reap (B)

Day 12: Siem Reap Tour – Angkor Wat (B/L)
After leisurely morning, you will be transferred to the airport in time for your flight to Siem Reap. Fly Phnom Penh to Siem Reap.

Welcome to Siem Reap: Upon arrival at Siem Reap Airport. After collecting your baggage, exit the airport to meet outside your tour guide. He/she will be holding a sign with your names on it. From the airport, you will be privately transferred to your hotel.

Afternoon tour of Angkor Thom & the Bayon: After settling in and enjoying a bit of free time, you will head out with your guide and spend the afternoon visit the ancient capital of Agkor Thom (12th century). See the SOuth Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, visit Bayon temple (unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara), Baphuon (recently re-opened after years of restoration), the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrance, and the Terrace of the Leper King.

In the evening, you walk up Phnom Bakheng for a sunset view of Angkor Wat and the surrounding areas. This view provides a wonderful overview of the entire area.

Day 13: Siem Reap Tour (B/L)
Today you have free time to enjoy your holiday.

Day 14: Siem Reap Departure (B)
Today is your final day. You are free to chill out and relax. Depending on your departure flight, your private driver will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to the airport in time for your flight to the next destination.
